My fitness mantra is started from the food. food rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates is very essential. this type of food helps us to grow our body, build strong bones, and boost our immune system.

Secondly, routine exercise helps improve our muscle power. Exercise helps in good oxygen supply and blood flow throughout the body. we should spend at least 20 minutes in our exercise.

Fitness is an integral part of our daily lives. Fitness activities are conducted towards a more physically active lifestyle. On this occasion, I would like to share my fitness mantra.

A mantra is a positive affirmation that you will use every day to change your subconscious negative thoughts. I follow the 4 fitness mantras to lead my life healthier.

If we want to have a better physical body, we need to follow the mantras of exercising daily, eating the right food, doing yoga and meditation, and being sure to get good sleep.

We know that exercising is the best way to keep the body and mind fit and healthy. But exercise does more than that. it also acts as an immunity booster. Regular exercise can improve the quality of life.

I do at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise every day.
