You have been stranded on a planet where everyone is 18 or under. Journal your experience.

Day 1:

I awoke today on an unusual world. I noticed that everyone here is either 18 or younger as I had a look around. It’s strange to witness an entire planet made mostly of kids and teenagers.

I’m an adult, thus I’m different from the kids here. Tall trees and vibrant flowers dot the lush and verdant environment. The planet appears to have a breathable atmosphere, and the weather is warm and pleasant.

I made an effort to converse with the natives, but their language seemed to be unique from any that I had ever experienced. They speak with wonder and excitement, but I have trouble understanding them.

The young residents of the planet are amiable and cordial despite the linguistic barrier. They appear to be independent, with their own system of laws, regulations, and customs.

Day 2:

I spent the day travelling the earth and studying how its citizens went about their daily lives. They have created their own distinct culture and way of life, I realised.

They have vivid artwork, music, and dances, and they are very creative. They have their own sports and games, which they engage in with zeal and vigour.

The teenage inhabitants of the planet appear to be a curious lot who are always trying and investigating new things.

I also realised how important education is to their society. Children and teens learn by doing and by experiencing the world around them in their system of education, which places a strong emphasis on experiential learning.

students attend their own schools, where students gain knowledge of problem-solving, critical thinking, and practical skills. They are urged to follow their interests and passions, and cooperation and teamwork are highly valued.

Day 5:

I’ve been working on adjusting to the way of life on this world. Being around by young people who are still learning about the world and trying to find their place in it is a special experience.

I’ve been learning some fundamental terms and expressions in their language, which has improved my ability to converse with native speakers. Since I am an outlier in their society, they are understanding of me and appear intrigued by my presence.

I’ve been taking part in their events, picking up their games, and even getting involved in their artistic endeavours. They are eager to share their knowledge with me, and despite their young age, I am in awe of their skills and talent.

They care for their earth and live in harmony with nature and are also very environmentally sensitive. Using my maturity to help whenever I can, I have started assisting them with some of their responsibilities.

Day 10:

I am beginning to feel more at home here on earth. I have made friends with many of the local youth since they have welcomed me into their community.

They want to know about my home planet and my adult adventures. They in turn intrigue me with their viewpoints, hopes, and aspirations for the future. They exude a contagious spirit of possibility and promise.

I’ve been gaining knowledge about their traditions and culture as well. They have their own holidays, ceremonies, and rituals that are joyous and jubilant.

They have a strong connection to their earth and awe-inspiring respect for both the natural world and one another. I am picking up important knowledge about living sustainably and appreciating the small pleasures in life.

Day 20:

I’ve grown to be an essential member of their community over time. I have been assisting them with various chores, imparting my wisdom and experience, and absorbing their enthusiasm and creativity as young people.

They have welcomed me as one of their own, and I have developed a strong bond with these young residents.

My personal existence back on Earth has caused me to pause as a result of living among children and teenagers. I’ve come to understand how much I as an adult took for granted and how much I can learn from the purity and innocence of these young people.

They have shown me the value of being in the present, of finding delight in the little things, and of being steadfast in following one’s passions.

The sense of belonging and inclusion among the planet’s inhabitants is one of its most amazing characteristics. Age, ethnicity, and gender are not used as criteria for division.

Everyone is given the same respect, consideration, and kindness. They effectively collaborate with one another in order to accomplish their objectives because they fully appreciate the value of cooperation and collaboration.

Their adaptation and resiliency have also astounded me. Despite their youth, they are courageous and tenacious in the face of difficulties.

They are not scared to take chances and fail, as long as they learn from it. They are continually expanding their horizons and testing the limits of what they are capable of.

I’ve learned that age is simply a number as a result of my contacts with the young people that live on this earth. It does not indicate one’s potential or ability.

These young people are capable of anything since they are smart, inventive, and full of potential. They’ve helped me remember that it’s never too late to pick up new skills, develop, and go after your aspirations.

I feel a sense of desire and nostalgia for my home planet while I write about my experiences on this globe.

I long for the comforts of my former life, my loved ones, and my familiar surroundings. However, I am also appreciative of the rare chance I had to be a part of this young group and get insight from their viewpoint.

Day 30:

I have a range of feelings as I get ready to leave this planet. I’ve developed strong bonds with the young residents, so saying goodbye is difficult.

They have helped me learn important lessons about life, perseverance, community, and the value of appreciating the present moment.

As I say goodbye to this earth, I take with me priceless experiences, new friendships, and a fresh outlook on life.

I am appreciative of the knowledge and experiences I have obtained from interacting with the young people who inhabit this world. They have made a lasting impression on my heart, and I will always cherish the time I spent with them.

In conclusion, my time spent on this planet, surrounded by kids and teens, has been amazing and eye-opening.

Their youthful energy, creativity, resiliency, and sense of community have taught me so much.

I am thankful for the memories and friendships that will last a lifetime, and I will take these lessons with me when I return to my home planet.

No matter my age or situation, this voyage has made me more aware of the magic and beauty of life and the value of savouring every second.
