India is a vast country having different religions, castes, communities, and languages. Our country has several States with different languages and cultures despite it’s we are Indian, So, we have unity.
Festival in the form of special days which we celebrate with full of Joy and Happiness.
It plays an important role in our life because during the festival season all the peoples come together so, we met from our families, relatives, as well as with our friends with full Happiness and we enjoyed this day with them.
During the day of festivals, everyone feels energetic as well as in a good mood.
Festivals is also the source of entertainment because peoples enjoyed on this day with full excitement.
Indian peoples give special importance to their festivals. For every festival, a special arrangement is made to celebrate it’s in the year.
During the festivals, villagers, and cities people both have full excited and celebrated it. people in our country love celebrating the festivals with their near and dear ones.
Each Indian festivals are unique in their nature. during all festivals, the same thing happens is that people clean and decorates their houses with flowers as well as light.

Apart from these festivals which are mentioned above, the people of India also had great regard for the national festivals of the country.
We celebrated national festivals such as Independence day (15th August), republic day (26th of January), Gandhi Jayanti (2nd, oct) with full of excitement and enthusiasm.
these festivals are the symbol of unity progress. they remind us of our patriotic leaders who served the country.
