After she managed to survive two brain aneurysms that might have been fatal.

The actor experienced two aneurysms in 2011 and 2013, which the NHS defines as...

"a bulge in a blood vessel caused by a weakening in the blood vessel wall," while filming the popular HBO series Game of Thrones.

Emilia admitted to the BBC's Sunday Morning show that she is still struggling with the aftereffects of the horrific experience almost ten years later. 

The 35-year-old stated, referring to a recent brain scan, "The amount of my brain that is no longer functional -

It's incredible that I am able to speak, sometimes articulately, and live my life fully regularly with absolutely no consequences."
