Country Singer Naomi Judd died by suicide, Autopsy Confirms.

Family members' claims of Naomi Judd's death have been confirmed by an autopsy report

that The Associated Press was able to obtain on Friday. 

Judd, 76, shot herself in the head on April 30 at her Tennessee home.

"We have always openly shared both the joys and the difficulties that come with being a family.

Our personal past includes the fact that our matriarch was pursued by an unjust foe, according to a statement issued by the family on Friday.

She received treatment for bipolar disorder and PTSD, and with this conditions, millions of Americans can relate.

The autopsy, which is a matter of public record in Tennessee, revealed that Judd had numerous prescribed drugs for bipolar disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder in his system.
