Body of Abducted teacher Eliza Fletcher was found in Memphis

The body identified this week in Memphis belongs to a teacher who was kidnapped while running there last week;

 a suspect has been charged with murder, according to authorities on Tuesday.

According to Memphis police, Eliza "Liza" Fletcher, 34, was identified as the person

found dead on Monday in the back of a deserted duplex in the Tennessee city,

about 7.5 miles from the location where security footage allegedly showed she was forced into an SUV early on Friday.

According to Shelby County District Attorney Steve Mulroy, a suspect detained over the weekend, Cleotha Abston, 38,

will be charged with first-degree murder in addition to kidnapping and other offences when he is arraigned on Wednesday.
